1) Based on First Come First Serve basis.
2) Item Quoted In RM (Ringgit Malaysia).
3) For Ready Stock item, full payment is required when placing an order and before delivery is to be made to customer.
4) For Pre-order item & US stock item, RM100 is required when placing an order and before delivery to be shipped to Malaysia. The full amount balance is required when the item arrives Malaysia and before it be delivered to customer.
5) Shipping is FREE within Semenanjung Malaysia unless stated otherwise.
6) Additional cost of RM10-RM20 for each item (depending on the size of the item) for shipping to Sabah/Sarawak.
7) Once you place an order, an email will be sent to you. The payment information will be included in the order confirmation email.

9) It is very important to note that colors might not be exact due to lighting and monitor settings.
10) All measurements are approximate.
11) Once payment is made, the order is considered confirmed and final. Changes are not allowed due to limited stock. Cancellation after payment will forfeit all the money deposited.

13) Pre-order item and US stock item: 10-20 working days from Saturday after we receive a payment confirmation
14) Malaysia Stock Item: 3-4 working days after after we receive a payment confirmation (but normally, we do delivery 24 hours from the payment received).
